Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and brainstorming for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to promote hearing aids and hearing care services.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, digital marketing teams, and advertising partners for campaign development.
• Monitor marketing activities to ensure they meet company standards and campaign objectives.
• Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and service specifications.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Track customer engagement and response after campaign launches.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
• Share campaign performance reports with management and suggest improvements for future strategies.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and prepare structured reports.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing campaigns and performance tracking.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills / Attributes

• Experience in branding and brand management.
• Knowledge of advertising principles and marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools, digital marketing tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge or interest in the hearing care or medical services industry will be an added advantage.
